Maybe you've felt it too.
That moment when, in your relationship, there are no more spontaneous gestures, no more passion, just habits that accumulate like layers of dust.
In the evening, you are in the same bed, but your bodies are no longer looking for each other.
In the morning, words are exchanged mechanically, like a well-oiled routine.
And in the heart, a dull question arises:
« Do I still count? Does he still see me? Does she still want me? »
The pain of marriage is often just that: not lacking love,
but lacking vitality, lacking momentum, lacking a common breath.
We still love each other, but we don't know how any more.
It's a silent pain, made up of absence in presence, disappointed expectations, and sometimes a feeling of estrangement that's impossible to express.
However, there is an ancient path that may seem surprising at first glance.
In the Tantric traditions and in Ayurveda, we speak of the pañca mahābhūta the five major elements that make up everything.
Earth, water, fire, air and ether.
They are not mere materials, but living forces, principles that inhabit the world and every human being.
The earth, is stability and anchoring.
The water, is the fluidity of emotions and desire.
The fire, is the passion and energy for transformation.
The air, is breath, lightness and communication.
The ether, is space, mystery, the invisible depth that connects souls.
When a couple learns to recognise and embody these forces, it's not an abstract belief, but a return to the living.
And tantric massage becomes a simple, concrete way of awakening these elements.
You might think:
«But how will learning a massage change our daily lives?»
Therein lies the paradox.
Car tantric massage of the five elements is not a relaxation technique, it's a language.
A way of learning to welcome, listen and feel.
It's a bit like yoga: what you experience on the mat, through effort or relaxation, prepares you to face life's challenges.
Here, what you experience on the massage futon prepares you to love differently in everyday life.
In the touch, you discover :
And all of this extends to the gestures of ordinary life: in the kitchen, in the eyes, in intimacy.
The Earth: is when you manage to create a reassuring framework.
For example, you decide that at a set time of the week, you'll switch off your phones and get together.
This simple ritual becomes a foundation that stabilises your bond.
Water It's the ability to let your emotions flow.
Instead of getting stuck in resentment, you learn to say what you feel, and to listen to the other person without rigidity.
It turns an argument into a dialogue.
Fire it's the impetus, the audacity to surprise the other person.
Prepare an unexpected dinner, write her a burning note, rekindle the passion without waiting for a special occasion.
Air : is lightness, a breath of fresh air in everyday life.
It's laughing together, dancing in the middle of the living room, or just letting yourself be swept along by a shared breath that relieves tension.
Ether : is the ability to leave space, to not want to control everything.
It means accepting that each person has their own silence, their own mystery, and that love is also nourished by freedom.
And in the words of the great psychoanalyst Erich Fromm :
In an intimate setting, these elements become a carnal language.
The Earth is a steady hand reassuring and grounding.
Water is a fluid movement that glides and wraps.
Fire is an intenseé that thrills and rekindles desire.
Air is a gentle caress, a breath on the skin.
Ether is a pause, a silence, a look into the soul.
Learning to embody these gestures means learn to love differently.
It means stepping out of the mechanical and into a dance, where every touch becomes a doorway to new depths.
Touching the five elements is not an incidental art.
It's a school of life.
A way of learning to embody the earth, water, fire, air and ether in every gesture, every glance, every silence.
A way for love, instead of exhausting itself in routine, to become a way of life. a space for regeneration.
Loving isn't always enough.
But learning to live in the elements together means giving love solid roots and new wings.
If these words resonate with you, I invite you to discover my training, a way to weave this art of living into your hands and into your lives.
With tenderness and presence,
Hajira LAMRABET,
