This first module lays the essential foundations of Tantric massage by exploring the relationship between body, touch and energy. It provides an in-depth understanding of of the holistic body and refine its sensory perception through experience touch and breath.
 
In this first stage of the course, the learner is guided to fully inhabit his or her body, feel the energy flowing through it and develop a subtle body awareness. This module also includes’learning the first tantric ritual, A practical introduction to the principles of conscious touch.
 
This module will give you the fundamental keys to entering the world of tantric massage.

Becoming a tantric masseur

Aims of Module 1 «Integrating the body and developing self-perception«

At the end of Module 1 initiation, the trainee will be able to :

  • Understanding and integrating the fundamental principles of Tantra and the holistic body.
  • Establish a framework of trust and security, by conducting a relevant history to identify expectations and provide conscientious support.

  • Acquire mastery of the first ritual, guiding you towards a bodily reconnection and energetic anchoring.

Contents of Module 1: the «Encounter» ritual»

Tantric massage training

1. Establish a professional and conscious posture
  • Setting out and integrating the practitioner's physical postures and mental attitudes to create a safe environment.
  • Understanding the positioning of the masseur and the person being massaged: adjusting your presence, listening and body language according to the needs identified.
2. Building a relationship of trust
  • Techniques for creating a safe, welcoming space that encourages abandonment.
  • Conscious communication and history-taking: knowing how to ask questions, listen and reformulate in order to identify the expectations of the person being massaged.
3. Tantric yoga practice: preparing the body and the breath
  • Tantric yoga exercises to develop bodily presence and activate vital energy.
  • An introduction to conscious breathing to accompany touch and improve the flow of energy.
Integrating tantric touch: exploring fields of consciousness
  • Definition and practice of Tantric Touch: the Touch of the 5 Elements
  • Exploring the different levels of body awareness and learning to read energy through touch.
5. Unity meditation: linking sex, heart and mind
  • Guided meditation to connect the three essential energy centres.
  • Develop the ability to support a unifying space during massage, promoting a holistic experience of body, heart and mind.
6. Ritualisation and practice of tantric massage
  • Learning to ritualise the session: preparing the space, setting clear intentions and guiding the start of the experience.
  • Full massage practice: gradual application of lessons, with personalised feedback to refine posture and movements

  • Taking disability into account Before registering, a disability study will enable us to explore appropriate solutions (e.g. a massage table instead of a futon for people with knee or pelvic pain).
  • Composition of the groupIn tantra, we go beyond the notion of gender; the masseur embodies the feminine and masculine principle. The group is formed without seeking a balance between men and women.

  • Duration: 72 hours h of training spread over 12 days (4×3 days)
  • Dates in 2026 :

Module 1: 6 to 8 April

Module 2: 6 to 8 May

Module 3: 3 to 5 June

Module 4: to be defined with the group

  1. You must call us before registering to confirm your participation.
  2. Registration is confirmed by payment of a deposit of 825 euros (secure online payment).
  3. A confirmation will be sent to you, detailing :
  • the training venue,
  • what you need to plan for,
  • the terms of payment for the remaining two instalments.

3 300 € for the full course, excluding meals and accommodation
