This second module deepens the experience of Tantric massage by placing the relationship with the other at the heart of the process.

Known as Kashmiri massage, His work explores the balance between the feminine and masculine energies within each of us, working on posture, self-perception and the way we relate to others.

The practitioner learns to manage the contrast between strength and vulnerability, which are essential for supporting a process of authentic surrender.

This massage encourages an experience in which the breath becomes a bridge between polarities, enabling the person being massaged to overcome the mental and emotional barriers associated with intimacy.

This module can only be offered once a relationship of trust has been established and the elements acquired in the first module have been mastered.

Module 2 (professional) objectives «Positioning yourself in relation to yourself and others»

At the end of Module 2 initiation, the trainee will be able to :

Exploring and integrating the dynamics of feminine and masculine polarities in order to support the client in their relationship with themselves and others.
Master the use of the tantric breath to activate, channel and harmonise vital energy in massage.
Create a ritual conducive to surrendering in confidence, guiding the person being massaged to overcome their mental and emotional barriers to promote a deep and transformative experience.

Content of Module 2: Kashmiri massage

Tantric massage training

1. Shiva-Shakti archetype and feminine-masculine polarity :

Understanding of the Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (energy) archetypes and how they complement each other.
Exploring feminine and masculine energies in posture, touch and relationships.
Practical exercises to balance these polarities in massage.

2. Breathing fire: awakening and circulating sexual energies

Practice of fire breathing (Bhastrika, Kapalabhati) to activate and channel vital energy.
Integration of these techniques into the massage to intensify the circulation of energy in complete safety.

3. Exploring Kashmiri massage

A symbolic posture that encourages you to let go.
Complete massage practice with a focus on presence, listening to the body and adjusting to the needs of the person being massaged.

4. Meditation on unconditional love and contact dance

Guided meditations to develop a non-judgemental and welcoming attitude.
Contact dance to explore free movement, confidence and connection with others, in preparation for massage.

Taking disability into account Before registering, a disability study will enable us to explore appropriate solutions (e.g. a massage table instead of a futon for people with knee or pelvic pain).
Composition of the groupIn tantra, we go beyond the notion of gender; the masseur embodies the feminine and masculine principle. The group is formed without seeking a balance between men and women.
