And then again.<\/p><p>Then the body settles on the warm sand.<\/p><p>You can hear the waves.<\/p><p>You can feel them.<\/p><p>And little by little... you become vague.<\/p><p>We dissolve.<\/p><p>You're no longer \u201csomeone\u201d.<\/p><p>We are sensation, breath, sea.<\/p><p>Sometimes, at this point, I slip the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yay-yoga.com\/vivre-en-yogi\/le-sankalpa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sankalpa<\/a>.<\/p><p>This inner seed, planted in the sacred space of the unconscious.<\/p><p>And it's in this opening that the massage begins.<\/p><p>Not in the flesh.
