Looking. Listening. The right touch. The shared breath.<\/p><p><br \/>I knew how to accompany people into their depths. And that was enough.<\/p><p>But today, that's no longer enough.<br \/>In a world where everything is optimised, sold and displayed... we now also have to \u201c<strong>let people know<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p><p><strong>Publish. Explain. Captivate.<\/strong><\/p><p><br \/>Get to grips with the logic of content, algorithms and keywords.<\/p><p>And while I'm trying to find a way of making visible a practice which, by its very nature, is silent and sacred...<\/p><p><strong>I can feel my breath shortening. <\/strong><\/p><p>My presence disperses. My faith in slowness is tested.<\/p><p>Because behind this tension between the visible and the invisible, between knowing and being, there is something even more vast:<\/p><h2>the gradual loss of our link with living things.<\/h2><p>By dint of addressing screens, numbers and clicks, we sometimes forget the trembling of a hand, the warmth of a gaze that lasts, the breath shared in a silence that says it all.<\/p><p>Tantra invites us to rediscover this forgotten intelligence:<\/p><p><strong>of the senses, of the heart, of the sacred in the ordinary.<\/strong><\/p><p>Where no algorithm can enter.<\/p><h2>Artificial intelligence: tool or trap?<\/h2><p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Intelligence_artificielle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IA<\/strong><\/a> is an extraordinary tool.<\/p><p>It can support therapists, practitioners and teachers by lightening their mental load.<br \/>It can structure a message, support pedagogy, inspire an angle, translate a vision.<\/p><p>But if we're not careful, it can also cause us to slide into a logic where we produce more than we feel.<\/p><p><strong>Where we create to respond to the algorithm, rather than to honour an inner truth.<\/strong><\/p><h2>Urgency exhausts us, slowness restores us.<\/h2><p>The world moves fast. Too fast.<\/p><p><br \/>There are many injunctions: to succeed, to produce, to exist in the eyes of others.<br \/>The financial urgency, the time urgency, the urgency to make a place for yourself...<\/p><p>All this exhausts our bodies, dries out our hearts and cuts off our vitality.<\/p><p>However, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osho.com\/fr\/citations-francaises\/osho-sur-le-tantra-citations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tantra<\/a> reminds us of an essential truth:<br \/><strong>it's by slowing down that intensity is born.<\/strong><br \/>It is by diving into the body, into the moment, into the breath, that the door to ecstasy is opened -
