We often hear that in the past, it was easier to love each other, we were content with each other's presence. Our needs weren't the same as they are today.<\/p>

In the past, in the face of great material or health difficulties, religion encouraged sacrifice in the name of the family and the couple.<\/p>

Making concessions was inevitable.<\/p>

Today, the way we experience love is intimately linked to our relationship with ourselves.<\/p>

The individual cultivates this return to the self in many ways, in the need to get to know himself better:<\/p>
