2. SUBJECT<\/strong><\/p>

These GTC define the terms and conditions for booking, payment, cancellation and provision of the services offered.<\/p>

They apply to :<\/p>

  • One-to-one sessions \u00a0<\/li>
  • gift vouchers \u00a0<\/li>
  • Courses and programmes \u00a0<\/li>
  • Retreats and immersions \u00a0<\/li><\/ul>


    All bookings imply full acceptance of these GCS.<\/p>


    3. NATURE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>

    The services offered relate to well-being and personal development.<\/p>

    Under no circumstances do they constitute :<\/p>

    • a medical act \u00a0<\/li>
    • therapy \u00a0<\/li>
    • a sexual service \u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

      The customer commits to a personal, conscious and responsible approach.<\/p>

      The services offered correspond to times of support and experience.<\/p>

      No guarantee of results can be given<\/strong>, each experience being subjective by nature.<\/p>


      4. RATES<\/strong><\/p>

      Prices are given in euros, inclusive of tax, and are applicable at the time of booking.<\/p>


      5. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>

      All bookings are validated by :<\/p>

      • \u00a0total payment \u00a0<\/li>
      • payment of a deposit \u00a0<\/li><\/ul>


        The first payment is a non-refundable deposit (excluding the right of withdrawal).<\/p>

        The balance is payable in accordance with the terms and conditions.<\/p>

        If you wish to pay in instalments:<\/p>

        \u00a0the full amount remains payable.<\/pre>

        6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>
        In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days for distance purchases.<\/p>
        By validating the booking, the customer expressly accepts that the service may begin before the end of the withdrawal period.<\/p>
        The customer expressly waives his right of withdrawal as soon as the service has begun or is scheduled to begin within this period.<\/p>
        \u00a0After this period, no refund can be claimed, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/strong><\/p>

        7. CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>
        7.1 Individual sessions \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>
        Any booking commits the customer to the reserved slot.<\/p>
        Appointment changes<\/strong><\/p>
        A modification is possible up to 24 hours before the session.<\/p>
        Cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>
        • In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: the appointment can be rescheduled without charge. Any sums paid will be retained and will not be refunded, unless otherwise stipulated by law.<\/p><\/li>
        • In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: the session will be charged.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Force majeure events<\/strong><\/p>
          In the event of an unavoidable and unforeseen serious reason, duly substantiated<\/strong>, the session may be postponed at no charge.<\/p>
          No refunds will be issued, except as legally provided otherwise.<\/p>

          7.2 Multi-session courses<\/strong><\/p>
          Any session cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered due and deducted from the package purchased.<\/p>
          7.3 Gift vouchers<\/strong> \u00a0<\/p>

          7.4 Couples' Workshops\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>
          Any registration for a couples' workshop constitutes a booking of a place.<\/p>
          For cancellations up to 15 days before the workshop, rescheduling to a future date is possible, subject to availability.<\/p>
          After this deadline, the workshop is considered due.<\/p>
          7.5 Retirements and Training<\/strong><\/p>
          Conditions specified in the registration form \u00a0
          This takes precedence over the GTCS. \u00a0<\/p>

          8. CANCELLATION BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER<\/strong><\/p>
          The service provider may cancel or postpone in the event of :<\/p>
          • force majeure \u00a0<\/li>
          • Health problem<\/li>
          • Insufficient number of participants for a training course<\/li>
          • logistical constraints<\/li><\/ul>

            In the event of cancellation<\/strong><\/p>
            • refund or postponement offered, in accordance with the conditions defined in the registration form or the contract signed by the participant<\/li><\/ul>
              • In any event, reimbursement will only be made for sums actually paid to the service provider.<\/li><\/ul>
                • No reimbursement or compensation can be demanded for additional expenses incurred by the participant, in particular: transport costs<\/strong> (train, plane, etc.), accommodation costs<\/strong> (where this is not included in the service booked), personal expenses or any other indirect deposit.<\/strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                  9. LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>
                  The customer is responsible for their participation and their physical and emotional state.<\/p>
                  • The customer acknowledges that the service is not based on any implicit promise.<\/li><\/ul>
                    • No subjective expectations, projections or personal interpretations may give rise to reimbursement.<\/li><\/ul>
                      • Any dispute based on personal resentment will not give rise to compensation.<\/li><\/ul>

                        10. SETTING AND BEHAVIOUR<\/strong><\/p>
                        The customer undertakes to respect the proposed framework.<\/p>
                        Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the service or exclusion.<\/strong><\/p>
                        No refund will be made in this case.<\/span><\/p>

                        11. PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>
                        The data is used solely for the management of services.<\/p>

                        12. DISPUTES<\/strong><\/p>
