My name is Hajira, She is a tantric massage practitioner and trainer, specialising in listening to emotions, bodies and individual stories.
For a number of years now, I've been offering a space where we can welcome others, connect with ourselves and respect each other unconditionally.
I often work with people who are very involved in their professional lives - doctors, entrepreneurs, teachers - who feel an urgent need to slow down, breathe and feel again.
My approach is confidential, ethical and deeply human.
It is neither an academic consultation nor standardised coaching.
It's an embodiment of guidance, nourished by experience and transmission.

Training in sexology enriched by years of research and personal experience.
