My name is Hajira, She is a tantric massage practitioner and trainer, specialising in listening to emotions, bodies and individual stories.
For a number of years now, I've been offering a space where we can welcome others, connect with ourselves and respect each other unconditionally.
I often work with people who are very involved in their professional lives - doctors, entrepreneurs, teachers - who feel an urgent need to slow down, breathe and feel again.
My approach is confidential, ethical and deeply human.
It is neither an academic consultation nor standardised coaching.
